I am looking for a large list of blogs online who publicly advertise that they pay guest writers:

In example: Smashing Magazine - http://www.smashingmagazine.com/how-to-become-a-smashing-magazine-author/ publicly answers the question that guest authors are getting paid and a contact link.

I need a simple list of blogs containing these items:
Blog title - url of page that tells they pay writers - category of content they are writing about (ie: shoes, marketing, sports, webdesign, painting, ...)

Requirements: The blogs may not be of sexual nature, racist or simply unethical.
