Work From Home Freelance Jobs

I need help managing the development process between myself in the states and my developers around the world to keep the work flow going in between milestones. Understanding how applications work is a plus but more importantly I am looking for someone who can get the apps completed in a timely manner by being a go between. We can work out payment and maybe partial ownership in the company down the road.
