Trial rate (1 week): $4/hr + 7.5% commissions + 5% trailing comms Post trial rate (ongoing): $5/hr + 10% commissions + 5% trailing comms We are looking for top quality telesales people to sell our Social Media development and management products & solutions to Australian small to medium businesses. Our products & services are in high demand with great customer references. You will be selling social media account development like Facebook fan page development with many customisations, Twitter account development, YouTube channel development etc to small to medium business owners. We will start you on a trial basis with a standard base + 7.5% on everything you sell! If you succeed then we will put you on as a permanent telesales staff & increase your base & commission rate!! We also pay bonuses ($100-$500!!) for sales people who perform particularly well each month. We go to great pains to ensure that we look after good quality people. If you are successful in your role, then you will be highly rewarded. Our most popular product is our standard Facebook fan page which we sell from $A495. You get $A49.95 for each one you sell. Then you can upsell them with many other customisations & we will pay you 10% for each of these customisations!! Good sales people can easily earn $A300-500+++ per day!! There are plenty of opportunities for upselling products. For example, even if a business already has a Facebook page, you might want to sell them our Starter Package which gives them 1000 Facebook fans within 2 weeks. This is a popular service. It sells for $995 which means you make $99.50 on each sale. We also sell monthly services & will pay you a trailing commission - that is you will be paid a percentage every month that customers stays with us! Our monthly packages start at $495 per month & we will pay you 5% EVERY MONTH the customer stays with us. That's $A24.75 every month each customer stays with us. Get just 10 customers and you will be earning $A205 per month without doing anything! We provide full training, great sales materials & support you in every way to be successful. We will also have weekly training calls. Note: This role is about quality of calls, not quantity. You will be expected to do some research on the company before calling them, so you know if they already have a Facebook page, Twitter account etc, what they look like & what else you can sell them.
