Virtual Assistant Receptionist

Excellent English speaking virtual assistance required, to answer incoming calls, respond to enquiries, provide information to clients, woking in a professional legal services and dispute resolution environment.

Duties will include

Abilty to obtain an understanding of the pocess of dispute resoltuion called mediation and respond to enquiries.
Answering and responding to telephone calls between 8.30 and 6.00pm Austalian Time + providing industry specific information on dispute resolution processes, namely mediation.
Answering email enquires, providing information and documentation vai email to clients
Preparing electronic newsletters via web based applications
Scheduling appointments, arranging meetings
Preparation of documents, power point
