I would like to set up a website with the same functionality at Caterer.com (including the sections for recruiters, payment) with a back office.

I think it could look smarter though like www.origon.ie

Additionally help designing a logo is required and providing the software of this.

Whatever assistance can be provided in linking it to Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. Additionally getting it high up in the search engines.

There is a requirement to send e-shots in the future (but do not quote for this at the time). Would ideally like to keep this to one company.

Build time should be 2 weeks with logo design during this time.

This is a start up and is therefore very price sensitive.
