 We are a young and fast growing Asia based company. We are looking for a professional virtual assistant, ideally located within a professional and established outsourcing company, to assist the managing partner in a number of tasks .

The VA must be based in Asia. Ideally part of a larger company that specializes in personnel outsourcing.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and infrastructure:

- Perfect spoken and written English (we will interview by voice before awarding this project)
- Reliable, on time, self-motivated and hard working.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in administrative tasks, ideally with paralegal and accounting experience.
- Headset and Skype
- Computer with a high speed internet connection
- Strong Microsoft word and excel skills
- PowerPoint skills a plus.
- Strong ability to navigate the internet and find answers

The tasks you will be performing will be:

- The main tasks will consist of coordinating the flow of documents between different parties (clients, lawyers, etc) and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Simple book keeping
- Booking trips and find the best deals via internet and travel agents
- Finding contact details for identified clients within specific companies.
- touch up on PowerPoint presentations

The ideal candidate will be and have:

- between ages of 25 to 40
- College education
- Legal/accounting/business degree preferred
- Previous experience working as a VA

We are looking for one initial candidate for immediate start. The hours will be 8 hours per day from 9am to 7pm HK time with 2 hours for lunch. Monday thru Friday with Major Holidays Off and paid.

When you bid please bid your exact full rate for per month. No add-ons or additional expense beyond the fixed monthly rate will be considered or paid. A skype calls will be paid against receipts. Please read our requirements very clearly. Payment will be made once monthly in full for the preceding month.
