Position: Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

The task of the Customer Service Manager is to process payments between
 our partners' clients and our company, in particular, to manage cash and balance receipts,
to follow up on accounts, etc. As well as reception, assortment and dispatching of different
types of correspondence. The job is related to remote Internet operations. Each payment
order will be accompanied with detailed instructions.

General requirements:

° You can combine it with your main job. For example, you can make the transaction
during your lunch time;

° Willingness to work from home, to take responsibility, to set and to achieve goals;

° Ability to create good administrative reporting;

° Prior customer service experience is a good benefit;

° Honesty, responsibility and promptness in operations;
