I am looking for an individual (no company) to take over my projects. I am over loaded with projects. Now I need someone to take over my projects.

I will pay you $750 a month. First payment will be made after 2 weeks of work. First 3 months I will be a little bit strict but if we go well. I will increase the salary to $1000.

Requirements

I need a guy who is an expert in PHP and he is capable of doing web designing. So basically all I care is a Really good knowledge in PHP and Web Designing.
