This is a genealogy website but should also act like meeting point of all members of families. It should have facebook features and in addition to those features should have followings:
1- horizontal tree (will be provided if you cannot find one) to show family members relations
2- family merging (family admins only)
3- announcement page (birth, dead, wedding etc)
4- ad management
5- should be mirrored website
6- C# and MSSQL preffered
7- I believe no need to say it has to be multilingual
