Flash Programming Audio Genius Wanted

Our offering is a browser-based, video & web conferencing application built exclusively on flash; utilizing the Flash Media Server to provide real time messaging content to our subscribers. While the video portion of the flash streaming is excellent, we have found that the audio streams (and related audio components) require some retooling, particularly in the area of echo cancellation.

The ideal candidate is a project-oriented flash programmer with strong audio codec skills and a mastery over action script programming. Foundation programming skill set must include action script and flex programming, as well as experience programming with other Adobe technologies, such as AIR and ColdFusion.
